Rose Hip White Balsamic Vinegar

Native Alaskan rose hips were the inspiration for our special edition RoseHip White Balsamic. Rose hips are a part of the same fruit family as apples and impart a warm, floral fruit flavor. A teaspoon of RoseHip White Balsamic can be used in jams and jellies or can be paired with our Blood Orange EVOO to create a vinaigrette for a blue cheese wedge salad sprinkled with bacon.
